Before any use of the high voltage unit, check that all operators: • have previously be trained by the company Sames, or by their distributors registered by them for this purpose. • have read and understood the user manual and all rules for installation and operation, as laid out below.

1.5. Installation rules It is dangerous not to follow the installation rules specified in the UHT288 high-voltage sprayer manual. Coat high-voltage wells with dielectric grease before installation. The low-voltage connector and all metal parts in the vicinity of the high-voltage unit (except those connected directly to the output of the high-voltage unit) must be reliably connected to an electrical earth that guarantees zero potential.
