Charge the SA-40
1. Install the SA-40 Battery Pack.
2. Charge the SA-40 for 4 hours.
Pair the SA-40 with your Cellphone:
1. To perform the initial pairing, from your cellphone
turn Bluetooth "ON".

2. A er charging for at least 4 hours, turn on the
SA-40. The SA-40 will blink as it pairs to your
cellphone. Follow the prompts on your cellphone
to complete pairing. If your cellphone asks for a
Pin Number, enter: 0000.
Select an Operating Mode:
1. HS - Use the SA-40 as a handset.
2. T - Couple with your T-Coil Hearing Aid.
Caution: If accidentally switched to the
"T" position the SA-40 speaker will not work.
3. SPKR - Use as a speakerphone.

Answer A Call Using the SA-40:
1. When your cellphone rings, press
2. Adjust volume by pressing the VOL (+) or VOL (-)
buttons.
3. To enhance clarity, move the TONE switch to the
setting where you hear best.
4. Press to end the call.
Make A Call Using the SA-40:
1. Press to start.
2. If your cellphone is equipped with voicedial, speak
the desired name or number into the SA-40.
3. If your cellphone does not have voicedial, enter
the desired number on your cellphone keypad.
4. Press to hang up.
Please Note:
The SA-40 amplifies your callers voice up to 100 times
louder than your cellphone. Use care when setting
phone volume. The SA-40 should always be set to
(HS) Handset Mode when handset is pressed to the
ear.
