    Getting Started We sincerely thank you for the purchase of your new Gym Floor Cover System. Below is guide to getting started. We hope you enjoy the protection for many years to come. NOTE: Pre-Deployment Maintenance Before using your Gym Floor Cover System, the gym floor must be properly cleaned to avoid unnecessary damage to the floor surface caused by loose dirt and debris.

  • Page 5 EZ‐ROLL SYSTEM WINDING INSTRUCTIONS  The above diagram shows you how the material is routed through the EZ‐=ROLL WINDING SYSTEM.   Step 1)  Lock the casters  Step 2)  Pull the material under the bo om Straightening Bar as shown.  Make sure the material is cen- tered between the core spindles.  Step 3)  Pull the material up and over the top Straightening Bar as shown.  Step 4)  Pull the material to the core that you are currently loading.  Note:  Always load the bo om  core first.  Tip:  When winding up the material, do not tug the product back and forth a er is has touched the  bo om Straightening Bar as this will add slack to the rolls on the core.  If some adjustment is need‐ ed, simply push or pull the material as needed, before it touches the bo om spindle. ...
