2. Initial Setup
2-1. Power on
Power On
• Plug in the device.
• Press the Power button.
3. Run Test
3-1. Scan Patient/Sample ID
• Select Patient ID or Sample ID.
• Scan or enter the ID.
3-3. Place the cartridge
• Open the lid and place the cartridge into
the device.
• Close the lid firmly and press "Start"
button when it turns blue.
Note: Before starting the run, ensure to connect the VitaSIRO solo
collection of the entire test data (including raw data for troubleshooting).
2-2. Log in
• Select, scan, or enter the User ID.
• Enter the Password.
• Press "Enter".
3-1. Scan cartridge barcode
• Scan the barcode on the cartridge.
• Make sure the information is
correctly entered.
3-4. Test progress and fluorescence curve(s)
• Navigate between Test Progress and Fluorescence Curve pages by press the tabs on top.
