1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
1.1. Document Purpose
This document provides general information for the 97-VAK3000LAPTR and 97-4000LAPTR laptop tray kits for CUBE enclosures.
Figure 1 shows the laptop tray.
Hereafter, the Charles 97-VAK3000LAPTR and 97-4000LAPTR laptop tray kit will be referred to as the "kit."
1.2. Product Purpose
The kit is a foldable laptop tray that is mounted on the inside of the CUBE door.
The 97-VAK3000LAPTR kit can be mounted on any CUBE that is equipped with the VAK-3000 3500W HVAC system.
The 97-VAK4000LAPTR kit can be mounted on any CUBE that is equipped with the VAK-4000 4000W HVAC system with economizer.

Unpack the unit, and dispose of the packaging material. -INSPECTION NOTE- Visually inspect the unit for damages prior to installation. If the equipment was damaged in transit, immediately report the extent of the damage to the transportation company.
- Page 3 LT-VAKLAPTOPTR 2.4.2. Mount the Kit Assembly on the CUBE Door See Figure 2 and 3. For clarity, only the CUBE door and kit are shown. The HVAC unit is affixed to the CUBE door with multiple screws down either side of the unit. The screws are accessed from the inside surface of the CUBE door.
