    PRO-51 1. YLEISTÄ 1.1. Käyttökohteet PRO-51 on porakone, jolla voidaan porata halkaisijaltaan 12–50 mm:n reikiä enin- tään 51 mm:n syvyyteen käyttämällä reikäjyrsinterää. Koneella voidaan porata myös halkaisijaltaan 3,5–23 mm:n reikiä enintään 51 mm:n syvyyteen käyttämällä kierrepo- ranterää. Magneettijalka pitää koneen kiinni ferromagneettisessa pinnassa. Näin voidaan varmistaa käyttäjän turvallisuus ja koneen oikea toiminta.

    PRO-51 2. TURVALLISUUTEEN LIITTYVÄT VAROTOIMET 1. Lue tämä käyttöohje ja osallistu työturvallisuus- ja -terveyskoulutukseen ennen koneen käyttöä. 2.     PRO-51 3. KÄYNNISTYS JA KÄYTTÖ 3.1. Irtokaran tai MT2-kierreporanterän asentaminen ja irrottami- Irrota virtajohto ja nosta lastusuoja mahdollisimman ylös (1). Nosta moottoria kään- tämällä kahvat oikealle (2). Puhdista kara ja irtokara (poranterä) puhtaalla liinalla. Käytä suojakäsineitä ja aseta irtokara (poranterä) karaan (3). Käännä sitten irtokaraa (poranterää) oikealle (4), kunnes se liukuu paikalleen.

    PRO-51 3.2. Reikäjyrsimen asentaminen ja irrottaminen Asenna irtokara kuten edellä. Käytä käsineitä ja laita oikea ohjaustappi reikäjyr- simeen (1). Puhdista jyrsinterä puhtaalla liinalla. Aseta jyrsinterä irtokaraan (2) siten, että litteät pinnat (3) tulevat ruuvien (4) kohdalle. Kiristä ruuvit 5 mm:n kuusiokoloa- vaimella.

    PRO-51 3.3. Jäähdytysjärjestelmän asentaminen ja irrottaminen Aseta pullo ruuvien kohdalle (1) ja laske lastusuoja (2 ) alas. Aseta letku ja jousi pysäytystangon ja irtokaran väliin (3). Kiinnitä sitten letku istukkaan ja siirrä jousi irtokaraan (4, 5, 6). Irrota pullo päinvastaisessa järjestyksessä.

    PRO-51 3.4. Tartuntavoiman valvontajärjestelmä Porakoneessa on järjestelmä, joka valvoo magneettijalan tartuntavoimaa. Ruoste, maali, lastut tai lika heikentävät pitoa. Pito on heikompi myös silloin, jos pinta on ohut, karhea, epätasainen tai joustava, jännite on vaadittua alhaisempi tai jalan alapinta on kulunut.

    1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1. Application The PRO-51 is a drilling machine designed to drill holes with diameters of 12–50 mm (0.47–1.97″) to a depth of up to 51 mm (2″) by using annular cutters. The machine can also drill holes with diameters of 3.5–23 mm (0.14–0.91″) to a depth of up to 51 mm (2″) by using twist drill bits.
