INSTALLATION GUIDE 3. Install Catch Plate Insert the rubber anchors into the mounting holes. Place the catch plate and guides over each mounting hole. Insert the mounting screws through the bolt guides, catch CAUTION BEFORE INSTALLATION plate, and into the rubber anchors. Fasten the catch plate to the toilet tank.
