About this Product This is a cool water circulator that cools brine within a water tank and then supplies it externally. An external circulation flowrate adjuster valve is built in, so the external circulation flowrate can be adjusted without installing bypass piping. Additionally, one-touch coupling has been adopted for the IN/OUT nozzles, enabling the nozzles to be easily exchanged to suit the equipment connected.
Page 11
Circulation nozzle connection port (OUT) This is the discharge nozzle connection port. It features a one-touch coupling system. Circulation nozzle connection port (IN) This is the return nozzle connection port. It features a one-touch coupling system. Circulation nozzle It features a one-touch coupling system. Four types of nozzles are provided, divided into L and straight types, with O.D.
■ Control Panel Cooling water temperature display This mainly indicates the temperature of the brine within the cooling water tank. POWER switch This is the power switch. When this is switched ON, the display lights up, and the circulation pump and refrigerator operate. UP key This key is for setting the temperature.
Operational Procedures ■ Installation When installing this product, observe the installation conditions. Not doing so could cause injury, an accident, equipment damage, or other problems. When installing this product, be sure to observe the following installation conditions. Installation Conditions ● Make sure that the main unit is carried by at least 2 workers.

The cooling coil is also fastened at one point with a rubber band.
■ Brine Use the specified brine. Do not use calcium chloride brine, silicone oil, or organic solvents. Otherwise, it could cause equipment damage or a fire. When using ethyl alcohol, comply with the applicable precautions. Not doing so could cause an explosion or fire. Use an aqueous ethyl alcohol solution or an aqueous ethylene glycol solution for the brine added to the water tank.

■ Adding Brine to the Water Tank (1) Check that the cap is affixed to the tip of the brine drain hose, and that the hose is fastened to the rear of the main unit. Brine drain hose (2) Align the external circulation flowrate adjuster External circulation valve to the internal circulation.
■ Cooling Line Piping (1) Choose one of the nozzles provided, and connect it to the cooling water circulation hose. Hose band Hose After connecting it to the hose, fasten it with the hose band to keep the hose from coming loose during operation.
