SCOPE OF DELIVERY 1 Scope of delivery The cabin parts are delivered in one wooden box or on two pallets. Packaging: Before disposing of the packaging, please check that all required com- ponents have been removed. Parts made of soft wood fibre marked with an "X" are part of the packaging and can be disposed of.

INSTALLATION PREPARATION 2 Installation Preparation 2.1 Work safety During assembly, please wear suitable clothing and the required protective equipment, e. g. shoes with reinforced caps. Climbing aids or ladders will be needed. At least two fitters are required to set up the cabin, safely. According to the German Occupational Health and Safety Act, a single person may not lift more than 25 kg.

INSTALLATION PREPARATION 2.4 Sorting the parts Before assembly, sort all parts in the order of assembly. Divide the components into the rows A-B-C-D, floor elements and ceiling elements. This preparation will help you to ensure quick and smooth assembly. When removing the parts from the packaging, make sure that all parts are intact and complete.

INSTALLATION PREPARATION The electric brick and the fan must not be carried on the power cable. Do not place the inside of the ceiling panel on the floor. The motion detector positioned there is protruding, it could be damaged. Caution The motion detector must not be damaged!
ASSEMBLY OF THE CABIN 3. Setting up the cabin 3.1 Mobile Unit without castors: Floor - set up and alignment The use of a levelling device (water level or laser) is absolutely necessary for the exact alignment of the floor plates. We recom- mend the use of a laser device for leveling.

ASSEMBLY OF THE CABIN The base plate stands on 8 adjustable feet. First adjust the four feet that are located in the corners. The base plate must be horizontal. The distance to the floor must be at least 2.5 cm in order to be able to position the surrounding skirting boards in the rebate later.
ASSEMBLY OF THE CABIN 3.2 Positioning of the skirting boards Now place the skirting board parts into the notch as shown in the illustration. They are only positioned loosely there, as they are held in position by the outer protrusions of the brick row A. The cable outlet for power and optional LAN cables is located in the back right corner.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS 4 Installation of walls and door 4.1 Instructions for brick connection The OFFICEBRICKS cabin can simply be stuck together, and is not glued or screwed. Push the bricks together from top to bottom. The brick construction consists of a tongue and groove system with additional connecting elements.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS Make sure that the bricks are straight and not askew in the connector system. Each brick is marked with a sticker on the top. It should always be read from the inside of the cabin.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS Power supply roof and optional LAN socket If the cabin is equipped with a power connection on the roof and an additional LAN socket and the network sockets are also located in the ceiling area on the building side, the network cables must be connected to the supply line roof (1.) in the cable duct to the roof.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS The door/ windows must be carried by two people for safety reasons. Important note: Avoid hard elements on clothing such as belt buckles, rivets, protruding zippers, etc. These could cause scratches or damage to the frames when handling door and window elements.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS (floor power connection) (roof power connection) The door must not be opened (unless additionally secured) until the brick row D has been installed, as the weight of the open door can cause the cabin to tilt.
INSTALLATION OF THE PARKING BRAKES 4.4 Mobile unit with castors: Inserting the parking brakes The Mobile Unit may only be used with brakes applied. The par- king brakes must be placed in the recesses provided in the base plate and fixed in place with screws. As soon as the unit has been placed at the intended installation location, both parking brakes must be applied.
INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS 4.4 Wood fibre and floor plate The floor consists of a multi-part soft fibre floor panel for dam- ping or insulation and a white coated 16mm chipboard as carrier vplate for the carpet. First, insert the wood fibre foor plate and secondly the 16 mm chipboard panel onto which the carpet will be layed (adhesive tape on top!).

Start with Brick B6 on the front right next to the door and continue counter-clockwise as shown in the illustrations. Make sure that the power cable is correctly positioned.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS Use a ladder or climbing aid to mount level D. This must stand safely and must not wobble! The last brick row is D. Start with brick D12 at the front right side of the door and continue counterclockwise as shown in the picture.
ROOF ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRIC CONNECTION 5 Roof assembly and electric connection Use a ladder or climbing aid for mounting the ceiling construc- tion. This must be secure and free of wobbles! Now start with positioning the ceiling panel. The LED panel and the motion detector module are pre-mounted in this. Place the ceiling part in the inner rebate of the upper row of bricks.

LAY CARPET TILES 6 Lay Carpet tiles Carpet: Before putting in the carpet, remove the protective foil from the double sided adhesive tape. Then put in the carpet tiles. Connect the power cable to the mains supply. Dispose of the packaging material properly according to regulations at the appropriate disposal point.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE 7 Maintenance and care After assembly the cabin has to be cleaned. Wipe all surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents. Always clean the full surface of the bricks to prevent stains forming. Any soiling due to assembly or glue can thus be removed.
DISASSEMBLY 8 DISASSEMBLY Disassembly has to be done by two fitters. Use a ladder or clim- bing aid to disassemble the roof parts and brick row D. 1. Disconnect the plug from the mains supply 2. Remove the roof parts 3.
