OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Setting the ON/OFF Time (Fig 1):
Positioning the incremental time setting toggles
to the right will trigger an ON
time. Conversely, positioning
the time setting toggles to the
left will trigger an OFF time.
In Figure 1 example, the timer
is set to switch on at 2:00, and
off at 3:00. It will turn back on
Figure 1.
at 4:00 and off again at 6:00.
The current time is 4:30.
NOTE: For ON times of more than 15 minutes,
please ensure the incremental time toggles
between the ON time and the OFF time are also
positioned to the right.
2. Setting the Current Time (Fig 2)
Turn the dial until the index pointer corresponds
to the current time.

3. Setting Auto ON/OFF (Fig 2)
Slide the OFF/Auto/ON switch to Auto. Relay
contacts will open as programmed at Point 1
above.
4. Manual Override (Fig 2):
I. Set the OFF/Auto/ON switch to ON. Auto ON/
OFF times are overridden, and the device will
remain in the ON state until either set to OFF or
Auto.
II. To deactivate the device, set the OFF/Auto/ON
switch to OFF.
5. Battery Back Up
The battery back up allows for an operating
reserve time of 72 hours once mains power has
been interrupted. If interruption to mains power
supply greater than 72 hours has cause the back
up battery to completely discharge, then please
ensure that once the device is reconnected to
mains power, that a period of 10 minutes has
passed before setting the current time. Full
battery power reserve will be achieved after the
device has been connected to mains power for
72 hours.
