1.
Remove hood Laid battery.
2.
Push out button plug from, nr drill 1/2" hole in
dash and install toggle switch (122184:). Center of hole
is 5/8" above and in line with center of ihroli.le and
choke control assembly.
3.
Attach the light support rod to the upper end uf the
vertical grille support arms with the 5/16-18 x 2-1/2
capscrews, spacers, lockwashers and nuts provided.
(See the above il lustrations). Note that the spacer (G)
is placed between the two support rods on each side.
4.
Attach the lamp assemblies to each side ol'lhe lamp
support rod with the large spacers, lockwashers and
nuts provided.
5.
Attach the terminals of the lamp wares lo the
connector. Attach the 2-1/2'' wire with fuse holder to
the terminal of the voltage regulator marked "L".
Connect the 26" wire with fuse connector and the 32"
wire to the toggle switch.
Remove the bolt near the
right rear corner of the gas tank and inatal) the 1:16012
clamp using the 1/4" jc 20 NG x 5/8" capscrew fur¬
nished with the light kit. Route the two wires from the
toggle switch through this clamp. Install the 157108
clamp as shown in Fig,
, then route the two wires
from the toggle switch through this clamp, roll no ct
the 32" wire to the connector. Install fuse.
