Information
Purpose
• For binding edges with bias tape widths of 5 – 20 mm (1/4" – 3/4").
For your safety
Before using this accessory, please read the instruction manual at hand
as well as the instruction manual of your machine carefully.
Application
Setting the Binder Attachment
> Feed the bias tape into the presser foot. (Fig. 1)
> Use the front adjusting wheel (a) to adjust the width of the guide to
the width of the bias tape (b). (Fig. 2)
> Attach the Presser Foot.
> Check the needle position and adjust it if necessary.
> If the needle position adjustment options on the machine are not
satisfactory, loosen the rear screw (a) on the presser foot and move
the tape guide to the left or right (b). Tighten the rear screw. (Fig. 3)
