Theia PT-25 Replacement Instruction

Handle and torc head replacement instruc9on.
Before disassembly the torch head.
1.Set the on /off switch on the power supply to off and disconnect the electrical
power.
Remove all the Spare parts at the front.
Disassemble the torch
3, Use a Philippine Tory drive [P1] or a flat-blade screwdriver to remove the
7screw from the torch handle . Set the screws aside. Open the handle slowly ,
taking care that the rigger and trigger spring.
4, The torch head fits snugly into the right side of the handle . Slide the torch
head body off the mounting post in the handle ,and gently press the handle
away from the torch head to remove it.
5, Disconnect the power cable and gas cable.
6, Disconnect the pilot arc cable [red] and safety cable [2xblue], Trigger leave
as usual.
7, If you not need to replace the handle Jump to next step.

8, Now Every things is ready for replace.
