Before First Use

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials and retain for future use.
  • Check for transport damages.
  • Clean the appliance (Cleaning and Maintenance).
  • Check whether the dust bag is correctly in place (Cleaning and Maintenance).

  • DANGER OF SUFFOCATION!
    Children should not play with the packaging materials, as they pose a risk of swallowing and suffocation!

Assembly

  • Insert the flexible hose into the hose intake at the front of the appliance and turn it clockwise till it is locked securely.

  • Insert the handle of flexible hose into the extension tube .

  • Push the tube release switch while pulling out the bottom part of the extension tube to adjust the length.

  • Insert the extension tube into the connector of the hard floor brush (or other accessory).

Operation

Operation - Step 1

  • Pull out the power cord.
  • Connect the power plug to an electrical outlet.

Operation - Step 2

  • Set the power suction control to MIN.
  • Press the on/off button to power on the appliance.

Operation - Step 3

  • Use the power suction control on the main unit or flexible hose handle to increase/ decrease suction power.

Operation - Step 4

  • After cleaning, press the on/off button to power off the appliance.
  • Unplug the cable and press the cable winder switch to roll back the power cable.

Notice
Hold the power cable with one hand and slowly accompany it while it is rolled back into storage.

Cleaning and Maintenance


Always disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet before cleaning or storing.

Cleaning

  • Remove any accessory attached to the extension tube or flexible hose .
  • Dislodge the flexible hose from the hose intake by turning it counterclockwise and then remove it.
  • Clean the appliance and accessories with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not allow any liquid enter the appliance's interior.
  • Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the appliance or accessories.
  • Carefully dry the appliance and accessories after cleaning.

Notice
When the dust bag full indicator turns red, the dust bag must be replaced.

  • Open the front cover.
  • Pull the dust bag upwards and remove it from the dust bag compartment.
Paper dust bag
(Disposable)
  • Dispose of the old bag.
  • Replace with a new one (provided) of the same type.
Fabric dust bag (Not disposable)
  • Empty into a plastic bag or a trash bin.
  • Put it back in place.
  • Note: Fabric dust bags (provided) can also be purchased separately.

Cleaning the Motor Filter

  • Open the front cover and remove the dust bag.
  • Pull the motor filter upwards to remove it.

  • Rinse the filter with tap water to remove dust build-up and other residue.
  • Let the filter dry. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
  • Slide the filter back in.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter

  • Pull the tab on the right side of the exhaust grid outwards and remove the grid.
  • Pull the tab on top of the filter downwards and remove the HEPA filter.
  • Rinse the filter under cold water.
  • Dry it afterwards.
  • Put the filter back in place and reinstall the exhaust grid.

Notice
Never use the appliance without filters installed. This can cause power loss or damage to the appliance.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solutions

The appliance does not start

  • Connect the power plug properly.
  • Check if the electrical outlet is powered.
  • Check if the on/off switch is on.

Weak suction power

  • Check if the flexible hose, extension tube or any of the accessories are obstructed.
  • Remove and clean the filters.

Motor is abnormally noisy

  • Stop using the appliance immediately.
  • Check if the hose, tube or any of the accessories are obstructed.
  • Remove the obstruction.
  • If the noise continues, power off the appliance and disconnect the power plug.
  • Contact your service agents.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet by the power cord and do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
