INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before first use remove the cover in the back of the timer and pull out the plastic battery insert; then reattach the cover.

Switch the timer on by pressing the START/STOP button.

Set minutes using the MIN button, seconds using the SEC button.

Start measuring by pressing the START/STOP button; you can discontinue or restore measuring by pressing the same button again.

The timer clearly signals that the set time has elapsed by an acoustic signal lasting 60 seconds; you can stop the signal by pressing the START/STOP button.

Reset the timer by pressing the MIN and the SEC buttons simultaneously.

The timer can also be used as a stopwatch. Reset the display and start or stop the stopwatch using the START/STOP button. Switch the timer off by pressing and holding the START/STOP button for several seconds.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Protect the product from direct moisture and steam. The enclosed AAA battery is not rechargeable; do not disassemble it and do not throw it in into a fire. A fl at battery should be removed from the timer immediately and replaced with a new battery; store the product out of the reach of children; the battery may be dangerous to life if swallowed. Use exclusively high-quality AAA batteries.

Used batteries and timers are not domestic waste; dispose of them at a designated refuse centre or recycling site.
