  • Page 5 HP-25 EQUIPMENT SUMMARY The Safety-Kleen HP-25 is a high-pressure aqueous manual parts washer designed to clean the toughest soils from parts. Using a high-pressure jet stream (870 psi), the heated aqueous cleaner cleans the toughest soils from the part, while the closed cleaning chamber keeps cleaned soils inside the parts washer.

    Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. HP-25 Operator Booklet OMPONENTS 1. Foot Switch: The foot switch actuates the spray pump to pump cleaning solution through the high- pressure nozzle for cleaning. 2. Filter: The disposable filter keeps fine particulates from resettling on the cleaned parts.

HP-25 Operator Booklet Washing Gun Foot Switch Temperature Limit Reset In the event of the heater heating the bath to a higher than normal temperature, the Temperature Limit sensor will cut power to the heater. When the high temperature condition has been resolved, the Temperature Limit must be reset.
