STEALTH FLEX MANUAL SUPPLIMENT: INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR WINNEBAGO REVEL SET UP 1) Turn off water pump. 2) Turn off house batteries. 3) Remove all 4 drawers from galley under sink to access plumbing. INSTALL FAUCET 1) Locate position of filter faucet 3 inches forward of main faucet.

INSTALL SHUT OFF TEE FITTING 1) Find cold water line under lower drawer and locate shut off tee install location. 2) Turn both fresh water drain valves to the left to drain. Use a pan under exterior drain point to catch water. Open faucet to allow air to enter and start draining.

3) Cut the blue line where you want to install shut off tee. 4) Trim ½” of blue tubing to allow space for shut off tee. 5) Tip: Measure 1” from end of cut lines to index the insertion of tee fitting.

6) Insert both ends of tubing into Sharkbite fitting. Orient top of tee horizontally towards front of cabinets. INSTALL UV PURIFIER 1) Use a T20 Torx driver to remove the screw in the belt from the UV bulb. 2) Unplug 2 rectangular connectors from the control unit. 3) Remove bulb from belt.

Mount UV unit in belt mount. Reinstall T20 Torx screw in mounting bracket belt.

MOUNT CARBON FILTER 1) Unscrew clear filter housing. 2) Unwrap carbon filter. 3) Locate Carbon Filter Mounting Bracket on the outboard galley panel. Verify inlet towards back of van, inlet toward front of van. 4) Make sure clear carbon filter housing has clearance on plumbing and cross braces.

5) Install 4X ½” long pan head wood screws. Tip: A long driver bit is helpful. 6) Install carbon filter and filter housing snugly by hand.

ROUTE PLUMBING 1) Connect the blue tubing to an elbow to the ¼ to 3/8 reducing fitting. Plug it into the faucet inlet.

2) Route the blue hose around the corner to the outlet (top) of the UV unit. 3) Trim the blue hose, and insert into UV unit push to connect. 4) Take the remaining section of hose, and push a 90 degree elbow fitting on one end. 5) Connect elbow to carbon filter outlet push to connect (forward connection.)

6) Connect other end of tube to UV inlet (lower flow sensor side). Re-install blue clip to secure connection. 7) Push one of the 90 degree elbows onto remaining section of blue tubing.

8) Insert into INLET side (aft as mounted in van) of carbon filter. 9) Route tube down to Shut Off Tee. Trim and and plug into open push to connect.

CONNECT TO 12V POWER 1) Confirm house batteries / distribution turned off. 2) Remove vent cover from aft water panel.

3) Use a fish tool to follow plumbing forward along water tank and route cable between galley and water panel. 4) Attach (tape) wire leads to snake and pull aft towards water control panel. 5) Plug in rectangular connectors to UV control board.

6) Pull UV power cable behind back of cabinet. Plug in barrel plug to UV control board. Secure cable to blue tube and adjacent plumbing with zip tie to prevent accidental disconnection. 7) Find white power plug inside water panel. 8) Unscrew mounting screws for water panel and pull plug up through panel opening.

9) Pull the bare leads for the UV power cable up through the panel opening. Snip and strip the yellow, white, black and red wires. 10) Using a yellow waterproof but connector, splice the wires together: red and yellow to yellow (plug) black and white to white (plug)

11) Using a heat gun, seal the butt connectors. 12) Put the white plug back inside the panel opening, and then down and out through the vent opening. Reconnect the white plug. 13) Re-install the water panel face, and the vent cover. 14) Close the water drain valves.

18) Run the water through the Stealth system to flush out carbon fines and air bubbles.
