Introduction Touch Thermal Cycler (Gradient) LTCG-A23 operates within a temperature range of 0 to 105℃, ensuring precise thermal cycling for PCR applications. Three independent gradient blocks enable simultaneous experiments, optimizing conditions efficiently. It has a capacity of 3×32×0.2ml, offering ample space for large- scale experiments.

Installation 7.1 Normal Operating Conditions 1) Used indoors. 2) Temperature 10℃-30℃. 3) Relative Humidity 10%-85%. 4) Kindly keep it stay away from heat sources to avoid liquid soaked in the instrument. 5) Do not block the air flow vent in the side and bottom of the instrument and keep the air flow vents of the instrument smoothly.

Operations 8.1 Operation Instruction 8.1.1 Power On Connect power cord to the back of instrument then plug into power source and switch to "-". . When the instrument is on, the buzzer should be heard, and the LCD screen lights up to show the Boot screen (Figure 3).

  • Page 11 Touch Thermal Cycler (Gradient) LTCG-A23 8.2 File Instructions • File is composed by Temperature Step and Cycle Step. • Each File can hold up to 40 Steps, Temperature Step contains Temperature, Time, Gradient, Ramp Rate, Temperature Increment opening point, Time Increment opening point, Temperature Increment and Time Increment.

Edit file 1) Change Target Temperature and Hold Time In the New File screen, touch “+Temp” button to add a Temperature Step, touch “+Cycle” button to add Cycle Step (GOTO step), use the pop-up numeric keypad to enter a new value for the target temperature or hold time.

Only one delete per time is allowed to prevent any files being mistakenly deleted.

  • Page 17 Touch Thermal Cycler (Gradient) LTCG-A23 8.3.1 Running Setting In the Setting screen, select the Running options to enter the Running setting screen (Fig. 12). 1) Hot lid temperature Hot lid temperature setting range:30-115℃,The system default:105℃. 2) Hot lid work mode setting In total there are 2 working modes and default mode is that the hot lid will be on when file running.

Device information. 8.3.6 Software Update Copy the new software to the root directory, insert the USB flash disk into the USB port, then touch “Software update”, return to Android desktop when updating, and immediately reopen the updated App.
