How to Use
| Power On: | Long press the MFB button for about 2 seconds, and the blue light will start flashing three times indicating the URBAN Vibe earphones are ready to use |
| Power Off: | Long press the MFB button for about 4 seconds, while switched on, A red indicating light, will flash three times before turning off |
| Pairing: | Press and hold the MFB button for about 4 seconds, red and blue lights will flash alternately, indicating the URBAN Vibe earphones are ready to pair |
| Answer/hang up a call: | Short Press the MFB button once to answer an incoming call While on call short-press the MFB to hang up the call |
| Reject a call: | Press and hold the MFB button for about 2 seconds |
| Play & pause a song: | Short press the MFB button once to play and pause the music |
| Next song: | Long Press the MFB button 2 times in quick succession |
| Voice Assistant: | On switch-on mode, long-press the MFB button for about 2 seconds on standby to activate the voice assistant on your phone. |

How To Pair
- When using for the first time or pairing a new device, long press the MFB for 4 seconds, and a combination of red and blue lights will start flashing alternatively indicating the earphones are now ready to be paired
- Now open the Bluetooth on your phone or any other pairing device and search for URBAN Vibe
- On finding the name on the pairing list of the device, tap to connect
- After successfully pairing the earphones with your device for the first time, the earphones will seamlessly connect with the paired device automatically when you switch it on to use
- URBAN Vibe comes with a dual pairing option and lets you connect 2 devices simultaneously and toggle between both devices seamlessly. Once the first device is paired, switch off the Bluetooth connectivity of device 1; then repeat the previous steps with device 2.
Troubleshoot
Heard the sound of Kaka
Your URBAN Vibe Open earphones have a Bluetooth range of 10 Meters, when you move away from the range, might experience this sound to indicate it, try keeping your earphones and device closer
Do the unit have no sound
- Make sure the earphones is charged.
- Check the phone if you have put it on mute
- Restart if the problem persists
- Contact the URBAN Customer Support Team if the issue continues
The phone is not connected to the unit
- Make sure you are connecting to the previously paired device/phone
- Make sure your phone's Bluetooth device is enabled.
- Mak sure the headset is within 10 meters of the phone
- Try resetting the pairing option and re-pair the device
Precautions
- The charging voltage cannot exceed 5 Volt to prevent overheating & short-circuit
- URBAN Vibe has air conduction technology hence should be placed closer to your ears as per your convenience but not on the ears
- Do not let children play with the headphones, small parts may put children have risk of suffocation.
- Before boarding, please turn off the headset
- To better protect your hearing, do not adjust the volume too loud.
- Do not attempt to make any modifications or disassembly of this headset.
- Do not use this product in wet or rain.
- Not clean the headphones while in the charging state
