  • Page 2 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com ASSEMBLING The assembling of the aircraft is an operation needing less than one hour. We recommend proceeding the following way: -Position wing/fuselage on a clean ground, backwards from where the wind comes. Open the cover from frontward and remove it. -take out the 3 tripods from their covers (1 small for fuselage and 2 bigger for the wings).
  • Page 3 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Take out the cockpit from its cover. -Remove the wheel fairing and check the front tyre pressure (2,5 bars). -Fit the wheel fairing. -Check the pressure of main tyre. -Remove the 3 fitting pins from the cockpit, 2 frontwards (A) and 1 backwards (B).
  • Page 4 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Check that main switch and engine switch are off. -Position rudder pedals in neutral position so that the pin A may come inside its housing in B. -Position control stick in central position so that the elevator control parts in the fuselage may come in contact with part A in the cockpit and so that the ailerons control parts in fuselage may...
  • Page 5 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Position cockpit under fuselage and remove the tripod. -Fit cockpit on fuselage with the 2 frontwards pins (A), then with the backwards pin (B). Secure the 3 pins with the safety bungees (C). -Check that the rudder, ailerons and elevator controls are well connected by moving control stick and rudder pedals.
  • Page 6 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Unfold completely the wings, each leading edge resting on a tripod. -Remove the wing tip covers. -Install the drag tube inside the left wing (attention, there is one left and one right tube) fitting it first on the leading edge (check that the cables route over the tube) in A, then on the fuselage in B.

  • Page 8 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Go to the tip of left wing and unroll the fabric. -Pull out from the wing the red rope connected to the ribs safety cable. Pull on the cable so that the ribs rotate and come in position along trailing edge.
  • Page 9 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Pull out the aileron horn from the wing and extract it completely from bungee. -Open the zip that links upper and lower surface fabrics at the wing tip. -Remove the left wing tip from its cover and position it on the leading edge.
  • Page 10 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Close the zip and tension the velcro at the tip of carbon part. -Rotate carbon arm in position. -Check the spring lock is locked. -Position carbon rib on trailing edge (a small rope can be useful).
  • Page 11 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com - Position the tube on the carbon rib (A). -Position cable tensioner between the stainless steel plates (B).
  • Page 12 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Position eyelets of upper and lower surface on their pins (A). -lock the tube with articulation in straight position (B). -Check one more time the good position of all ribs on trailing edge. -lock the cable tensioner in the ring (C).
  • Page 13 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Position upper and lower surface fabric around carbon trailing edge and fit them together with velcro. -Connect horn to aileron. -lock the aileron horn with the pushpin.

It slide frontwards in the 2 silent-bloc (A) and is locked backwards a nut and a safety pin (B). -Proceed the same way with the right wing. -Fit the lower surface fabric on the cockpit velcro. -Insert the tension battens in their sleeves at the root of each wing fabric.
  • Page 15 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -remove the stabilizer screw. -Position the stab by connecting the elevator control in its fork. -Screw and torque the stab fitting screw. The allen wrench stays in position and must be position backwards. -Position fin.

  • Page 17 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Position the battery in its housing and connect it. -Close the housing and lock the cover. -Connect throttle, decompressor and propeller lock cables. -Connect the two electric wirings.
  • Page 18 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Route the venting tube from the fuel tank to the lower part of the cockpit. -Fill fuel tank. -Put the engine pylon on medium position. -Install engine bonnet. Position it by sliding from backwards to frontwards, fitted with 2 lugs backwards and 2 pushpins frontwards.

  • Page 21 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com DISMANTLING To avoid losing the parts removed, re-fit immediately the screws, nuts, pins and rings back onto their own parts. -Position aircraft on a clean ground, backwards from where the wind comes. -Install a big tripod under each wing leading edge. -Remove canopy.
  • Page 22 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Remove fuselage closing fabric. -Remove the bungees from the trap doors of engine bonnet. -Put engine pylon in medium position. -Remove the 2 pushpins that fit the bonnet frontwards and slide it backwards untill it goes out from the backwards lugs and then slide it along the engine pylon.
  • Page 23 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Unplug the 2 electric wirings. -Disconnect throttle, decompressor and propeller lock cables. -Disconnect battery. -Close battery housing and lock it.

  • Page 25 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Remove stabilizer fitting screw. -Remove stabilizer. -Reposition the screw. -If the aircraft is equipped, disconnect parachute cable from the hook.
  • Page 26 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -lacken the wing tension straps and remove them from the wing root. -remove the lower surface wing fabric from the cockpit velcro. -Remove the battens from the wing roots fabric. -On left wing, remove the pushpin that locks the aileron horn on the aileron.

  • Page 28 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Unlock cable tensioner from its ring (C). -Unlock the articulation tube (B). -Remove the upper and lower surface fabric eyelets from their pins (A).
  • Page 29 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Remove the cable tensioner from the articulation tube (A). -Remove the articulation tube from the carbon rib (B). -Remove carbon rib from trailing edge tube.

  • Page 32 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Disconnect trailing edge from the cockpit. -Remove drag tube from inside the wing by disconnecting it first from fuselage (B), then from leading edge (A).

  • Page 34 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Remove nut that fit the engine backwards (B). -Lift up the engine and slide it backwards untill it is out from the frontwards silent-blocs (A). -Proceed the same way with the right wing. -Position small tripod under fuselage behind cockpit.
  • Page 35 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com -Position control stick and rudder pedals in neutral position. -Remove the 2 frontwards pins (A) and then the backwards pin (B) from cockpit. -Remove the cockpit and pack it in its cover. -Position the protection parts on fuselage, on wing tips and on fin.

The whole aircraft is transportable in a station wagon car or on a trailer. Depending of countries, check before starting that the load is ok with local road regulations.
