    Supply steam ●Check whether steam with the pressure at 0.6MPa or more can be supplied to the machine. If the steam pressure does not reach required level, it may adversely affect the shirt finishing quality. Always check whether the steam pressure meets its requirement. ●It takes about 15 minutes until press heads heat up after steam is injected.

    Timer setting Set each timer according to the material of the shirt. How to set Long timer and Short timer. 1. Push the button for which you want to change the timer value. →Display shows current timer value. 2. you can change the timer value with the dial by 1 second. 3.

    Set the Shirt ・Beware of pinching hands or clothes by moving part during the operation. CAUTION ・When setting clothing, be careful not to touch the iron surface or the metal parts around it as it may cause burns. ・There are tips on how to finish the shirt very well at each process. ・Read and understand these tips, and utilize them for daily operations.
  • Page 20 2. Set the Neck Set the neck and step on the foot pedal. → The neck clamp will close. ※If you want to set the neck again, press the reset button. The neck clamp will open, and you can set the neck once again. ※In order to set the neck after the tail of shirt is set, step on the foot pedal.
  • Page 21 3. Set the Tail After smoothing out the back of the shirt from top to bottom with both hands, step on the foot pedal and pull the tail at the same time. → The tail clamp closes, and the vacuum starts to work. ※If you want to set the tail again, push the reset button.

  • Page 24 5-1. Set the Long Sleeve  Make sure that the Short Sleeve Button is OFF. Set the Left Cuff 1. Insert the Cuff into the Press Pad holding it by the right hand. It is easy to insert when using the left hand as seen in this Figure.

    Clamp unit height adjustment You can select from two clamp heights. The initial position is on the lower side, so if you want to raise the clamp position, refer to the following steps to adjust. When changing the height of the clamp unit, be careful not to drop it as CAUTION it is heavy.

    Other Operations How to Reset Emergency Stop In case the Emergency Stop Button or Safety Guard at the Front Press/Shoulder Press/Tuck Press activates. The buzzer sounds and all of the operations will stop working. All the presses (Shoulder/Body/Tuck) begin to open and the display will show an error.

    How to Replace the Covers Turn off the power when replacing covers and padding. CAUTION Let the machine cool down completely before replacing covers and padding. Ignoring this warning may result in burns. After replace the covers , be sure to reset the cover counter. CAUTION Refer to the page 29 for the reset instructions.
  • Page 31 (3)Insert the removed stainless steel rod into the new cover from the exit of the string and the notch at the bottom so that the stainless steel rod is in the center of the cover. (4)Place the tail clamp cover against the presser plate evenly on the top, bottom, left, and right, and pull the string of the cover.

    Test Operation Before using the test operation, make sure there is no one working near the WARNING machine. The Test mode operation enables the machine to run each process while the machine runs all the functions continuously on the normal operation. It also works as “Input Test”, “DIP Function”, “Volume Function”, and changes the setting.

    ◎During the operation, an error number shows up at the display window on the control panel if something is wrong. Check below List, and take the necessary action. Call your dealer or Sankosha if the normal operation does not resume. It is very dangerous inside the control box, work must be done by a qualified WARNING person.
