2. The following is the recommended measurement time period, try to keep the
measurement at the same time and under the same conditions every day.
Fasting before breakfast before lunch
2 hours fasting before dinner
2 hours fasting
3.Bare, clean feet are required when measuring in case of inaccurate measurements,
and ensure that the left and right feet are on the conductive electrodes respectively,
and the body is straight and still. Try to measure only in underwear.
4. Due to the rapid growth of teenagers under 18, data except weight are only for
reference.
5. Body fat rate differs between ordinary people and those who are pregnant women,
patients undergoing artificial dialysis treatment, patients with edema symptoms, and
the elderly over 80 years old. Measured data are only recommended for reference.
Correct Placement
Please place the product on a hard and flat floor, not on a carpet or other soft
ground, otherwise the measurement data will be inaccurate.
Zeroing before each measurement. Zeroing method: After stepping lightly on the
scale, the scale will automatically zero and display 0.00 kg. If there is still a small
weight (less than 3 kg) on the scale and the weight is stable, it will display "CAL"
and then zero.
