Adjusting backpack and harness and control handle 1. Place blower on your back by slipping arms through the shoulder straps as if you were putting on a backpack. 2. Once adjustments have been made to the straps for user comfort, remove the blower from your back and place on level ground in an upright position.

2. Move the choke lever to the closed position (B). 3. Pump fuel by pressing the priming pump (C) 10 times. 4. Pull the starter handle 4 to 6 times until you hear the engine crackle. 5. Move the choke lever to the open position (E), pull the starter handle 4- 6 more times, until the engine starts.
