    TWIST 1 Assembly personnel and tools 1.1 Personnel A specialist team of at least two persons is required to correctly assemble this device. 1.2 Tools The following tools are required for assembly: 1. Step ladder approx. 2m long 2. Ratchet with ½" square drive 3.

    2.1 Preparing the foundations The foundation plan is included in the scope of delivery to assist in foundation preparation. All specified dimensions for the foundations must be strictly observed. TWIST must be assembled according to the valid foundation plan. A concrete quality of at least C20/25 must be used.

    TWIST 2.2 Assembling TWIST (frame) 1. After the foundations have hardened, place the segments with foundation plates on the foundation blocks and roughly align them. 2. Loosely screw the system balls onto the connection ends of the segments using M20 x 80 DIN933 hexagon bolts, DIN9021 washers and DIN127d spring washers, and hand- tighten.

    TWIST 2.3 Assembly instructions composite anchors The borehole diameter, borehole depth and setting times must be observed. Before inserting, check that the resin flows like honey when the cartridge is lukewarm. Do not use damaged cartridges. Store cartridges in a cool place and in their original packaging, protect from direct sunlight.

    TWIST 2.4 Mounting the net The net is labelled “Kugel TWI ...” at the rope ends. Pass the rope ends through open holes in the balls and connect them to the tensioning structures (see image below). Laterally insert the rope end with integrally moulded support into the tensioning disc and pull to fix it in the tensioning disc.

    TWIST 3 Maintenance Maintenance of the play equipment we produce should be carried out twice a year, or more often if it is used very frequently. All maintenance work must be carried out by specialist personnel with sufficient knowledge of play equipment.
