AquaCal AutoPilot Inc. recommends using a marking system of A-1, A-2, A-3, etc… for each cell and cell cord, then marking the Power Supply with “PS A”... -

Unclassified / Non classifié Section 2b – INSTALLTION ORP/PPM Connections and Fuse Locations REMOTE CONNECTIONS (ORP/PPM Controls) When an ORP/PPM chemical controller is interfaced to your Power Supply, your Output Level Setting should be on 100% (Maximum) Output and will be controlled by the ORP/PPM controller. The ORP/PPM controller wires will attach to the 2-circuit terminal marked for ORP/PPM, located at the top of the electrical access box. -

After the initial start-up period, your pool will be ready for your Power Supply to take over so you can sit back and relax! Self-Test Cycle: During the first 30 seconds of start-up, your Power Supply will perform a series of self-diagnostic tests. -

CALCIUM HARDNESS AND TOTAL ALKALINITY: Your Pool Pilot Professional Model 7200 system provides 100% pure sodium hypochlorite and does not affect the calcium hardness or total alkalinity levels. When you start up and maintain your pool with proper water chemistry, it stays balanced much easier, until influenced by adding other ancillary chemicals or “out of balance”... -
