The focusing system tells the exposure system where the subject is positioned within the frame, so that accurate meter readings can be taken from the main subject area.

  • Page 82 Exclusive accessories The camera shares many system accessories that was introduced for the EOS 500. Remote Switch RS- 60 E3 allows the camera to be fired from up to 60 cm away. It uses a 2.5 mm mini jack socket with three terminals.
