Scale calibration is required, if the following spare parts are replaced:
1. Middle assembly
2. Chain assembly
3. Scale electronics
4. Upper assembly
1. Drive the clamping master arm to a height of 110 cm
2. Hold the button
press the button
3. Calibration is performed in 5 steps
First, ensure there is no weight on the master arm and confirm zero weight by holding the
STOP button pressed for about 3 seconds until the beep sound and change of numbers on
display to 05 on upper display and 10 on lower display

SCALE CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
on the control panel for about 1 second to enter the settings menu and
once again to enter calibration page, as shown on picture below.

  • Page 2  the second step requires to hang the weight between 5 kg and 10 kg on the master arm. By rotating the STOP button set the value on middle display that is equal to real weight that is hanged on master arm. Then confirm this step by holding the STOP button pressed again for about 3 seconds (in our case, we hung 7 kg on the master arm and set the number 7 on the control panel as shown on picture below.
  • Page 3  In third, last step, it requires to hang on the weight in the range between 60 kg and 70 kg, as indicated by value 60 on upper display an 70 on lower display. Repeat the process of setting the middle-display number to match the real weight on the master arm. Then confirm this step by holding the STOP button pressed again for about 3 seconds (in our case, we hanged 67 kg on the master arm and set the number 67 on the control panel as shown on picture below.
