APPLICATION
The remote indicator is connected to the output of an automatic fire detector to provide
repeating of the light alarm signals above the room's door. The remote indicator could
operate with non-limited current detectors..
Maximum 3 automatic fire detectors could be connected to the FRI-1 LED Indicator input:
- Conventional detectors SensoMAG series;
- Addressable detectors SensoIRIS series.
INSTALLATION
The indicator can be used in surface wired as well as hidden wired installations. To fix the
base on the wall first remove white cover plate by pressing the locking finger.
CONNECTION
LED in series with resistor 680 Ohms is used in the indicator as light source. Connect the
cable from the detector according to polarity marked on the PCB. Below are typical
connection diagrams showing an indicator connected to one or more detectors from a
detection line. For more detailed connection diagram please read the installation manual
from the detector's manufacturer.
