4. 20mm wrench
5. 22mm wrench
6. C Clamp
Adjust to Lockout
position.
Use 4mm Hex Key by
turning counter clock-
wise to remove the
bolt on the bottom of the
fork (both side).
Disassembly

Use screw driver by
turning counter clock-
wise to loosen the screw
on the Lockout Knob.
Remove the Knob and
remove all the parts.

Use special Wrench
(M5GAC616), by turning
counter clock-wise to
loosen the Lock out
top cap.
Remove the Lockout Top
cap assembly from the
leg.
Use special Wrench
(M5GAC616), by turning
counter clock-wise to
loosen the Spring
top cap.
Disassembly

Remove the spring
assembly from the
leg.
Separate the Crown assy.
From the outer casting.
Use special Wrench
(M5GAC616), by turning
counter clock-wise to
loosen the Spring
top cap.
