Lay out your roller ramp components in a flat area for assembly. ISR1 ISR2 Connect both support rails together. Repeat STEP 2 for the final supports on the opposite side of the roller ramp. Page 4...

Bolts are inserted from the B175 outside to the inside of the assembly. W7838 RRCB1 Inside NL38 Ensure the cookie cutout is facing up. Fasten support rails together using the connection bracket (RRCB1). Repeat STEP 3 for the other rail assembly. Insert the cross arms into the support rails.

The width of the roller ramp can be modified depending on the width boat that it will carry. To determine the width you need measure the bottom of your boat’s hull from rib to rib (see image below). Spread the cross arms evenly on the roller ramp to match this measurement.

W7838 NL38 After determining the width of the ribs on your boat and adjusting the cross arms accordingly, fasten each side of the cross arms. Position the bracket up or down to align the bracket hole B2525 with the arm hole. Slide the gated pin through the hole and fasten. Tighten the bolt. Repeat STEP 17 for the second arm on the opposite side of the roller ramp. NLN25 NLN38 SRA1...

Install wheels and provided washers onto the axles RRW1 (SRA1). Repeat STEP 19 for all 8 roller assemblies. WG278 Ensure you bend both cotter pins on the outside of each CPP2 wheel to secure it in place. Repeat STEP 20 for all 8 roller assemblies.

Slide Roller Assembly Position a slide roller assembly onto the tracks of the roller ramp frame using the key at the bottom of the slide roller (see image above). Repeat STEP 21 for the opposite track on the roller ramp frame. Slide Roller Assembly 30”...

After Sliding each slide roller assembly in place, tighten B575 the bolt for each as seen below. Do Not Over-tighten Repeat STEP 23 for all 8 slide roller assemblies. Follow STEP 25 for both sides of the roller ramp. Leave the knobs loose for STEP 27. GL17 CB35S NL38 FTP1 Note: Depending on the terrain where you place your roller ramp, you may change the orientation of the feet or not use feet at all. Fit the feet (FTP1) onto the leg round (GL17) and fasten with the provided carriage bolt (CB35S) and lock nut (NL38).

Slide the leg assemblies made in STEP 26 into the brackets from STEP 24 (see above image). Tighten adjustment knobs to the height needed based on your terrain. Repeat on opposite side. EMTCAP Install Leg Caps (EMTCAP) on both leg assemblies. Page 16...

Swing Bracket Support For uneven terrain the swing bracket may be used to stabilize the roller ramp. The legs of the swing bracket may be adjusted at different lengths to level the support legs with the terrain (see images above). The swing brackets may also be rotated for conforming to the challenging terrain.

Before positioning your boat in the water, winch your boat onto the roller ramp for a trial run. Inspect and mark any areas along the rollers where there is uneven distribution and coverage along the bottom of the boat. After removing the boat, use the areas you have marked to reposition any necessary rollers.

Optional Support Legs: Optional support legs are sold separately, if needed. See below for reasons why your Roller Ramp location may require them based on terrain conditions. The support legs are used in situations where there is elevated space between the terrain surface and the connection plates shown in scenario (A).
