DaVinci HeatSmart™ Heat Exchanger with Inline Blower Duct Installation Maximum Duct Length • The maximum duct length is 75’ (22.9M) (inlet and outlet combined length). Using an Inline Power Vent A 10” pipe must be run from the heat exchanger to the power vent when using an inline power vent fan.

DaVinci HeatSmart™ Heat Exchanger with Inline Blower Inline Blower Installation • Mount the blower in the desired location. The blower can be mounted in any orientation. To mount the blower assembly, remove the blower from the mounting bracket. Use a small standard screwdriver to release the clamps that secure the blower to the mounting bracket.

DaVinci HeatSmart™ Heat Exchanger with Inline Blower • Attach the 6” flex to the 8” to 6” reducer. Secure the flex with (3) #8 x 3/8” screws and seal the joint with aluminum tape. • Run the other end of the 6” flex to the inlet of the heat exchanger vent section.

DaVinci HeatSmart™ Heat Exchanger with Inline Blower Operating Instructions • The person operating the fireplace must turn the blower on and off manually using the fireplace TouchSmart™ controller. If the blower is left on and the fireplace is turned off, the heat exchanger will turn off as well and will come back on at the last setting when the fireplace is turned back on.
