A piece of cardboard or a floor covering is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly. CAUTION: Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during the assembly process. CAUTION: Please wear gloves during the whole assembly process to avoid accidental personal injury. CAUTION: For components with protective film, please peel off the protective film before assembling it.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] ATTACH THE SIDE PANELS, TOP PANEL, AND THE BOTTOM SHELF Attach the side panels (A and B) to the top panel (C) and the bottom shelf (D) using 12 screws #1. Secure the bottom shelf to the side panels with 2 screws #2 that go through the front feet into the side panels. - ENGLISH...
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] ATTACH THE HINGE BRACKETS Attach 2 hinge brackets (I) to the top panel using 6 screws #2 and 2 washers #3. Place washers between the hinge bracket and top panel. Make sure the outer side of the hinge bracket is flush with the outer side or the top panel. Secure the side panels to the top panel with 4 screws #1.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] SECURE THE BRACKETS TO THE SIDE PANELS Secure the brackets (J, K) to the side panels using 4 screws #2. PAGE NEEDS TO BE ADDED.   • Page 11 ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] ATTACH THE BACK PANELS Before installing the back panels, verify that each corner is 90°. This can be done by using a speed square or by measuring the diagonals from one corner of the cabinet to the other and verifying that they are equal. Keep cabinet in lay-down position and place back panels (E,F,G,H) and first assemble them together using 9 screws #1, then attach the assembled back panels to the cabinet body using 26 screws #1.

    ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] ATTACH THE ADJUSTABLE SHELVES Insert the shelf holding brackets (P) into the metal tracks at the desired height of the adjustable shelves. Ensure that the bracket is in the same slot on each metal track so that the shelf is level. Mount the adjustable shelves (Q) on the shelf holding brackets.

    ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] ATTACH THE DOORS Insert the lower pin of the left-door hinge into the slots of the left lower hinge bracket. Use the nylon washer #4. Pull down the U-type hinge pin on the left door, attach the nylon washer #4 and insert the pins into the slots of the left upper hinge bracket.

    ASSEMBLY [CONTINUED] LEVEL THE CABINET Turn the foot levelers (T) with a 10mm wrench to level the cabinet. Turn counterclockwise to raise and clockwise to lower. Use a spirit level. SECURE THE CABINET TO THE WALL ADJUSTING THE FEET WALL STUD Use a stud finder to locate the studs and mark the wall with a pencil.

Se recomienda un trozo de cartón o un revestimiento para pisos para evitar que el producto se raye durante el ensamblaje. PRECAUCIÓN: Use gafas de seguridad aprobadas por el Instituto Nacional Estadounidense de Estándares (American National Standards Institute, ANSI) durante el proceso de ensamblaje.

Asegure el estante inferior a los paneles laterales con 2 tornillos #2 que atraviesan las patas delanteras hacia los paneles laterales.

  • Page 25 ENSAMBLAJE [CONTINUACIÓN] FIJAR LOS PANELES TRASEROS Antes de instalar los paneles posteriores, verifique que cada esquina esté a 90°. Esto se puede hacer usando una escuadra de velocidad o midiendo las diagonales de una esquina del gabinete a la otra y verificando que sean iguales. Mantenga el gabinete en posición horizontal y coloque los paneles posteriores (E, F, G, H) y primero ensámblelos usando 9 tornillos #1, luego fije los paneles posteriores ensamblados al cuerpo del gabinete usando 26 tornillos #1.

Asegúrese de que el soporte esté en la misma ranura en cada vías del metal para que el estante esté nivelado. Monte los estantes ajustables (Q) en los soportes de retención del estante.

Use la arandela de nylon #4. Tire hacia abajo del pasador de bisagra tipo "U" en la puerta izquierda, fije la arandela de nylon #4 e inserte los pasadores en las ranuras del soporte de bisagra superior izquierdo.

Gire en sentido antihorario para subir y en sentido horario para bajar. Use una herramienta niveladora de precisión.
