  • Page 7 Step 1 Attach the Front Stabilizer (4) to the Bench Base Frame (1) using 2-M10 bolts (14), 2-M10 lock washers (19), and 2-M10 washers (20). Skip part B of step 1 if you are attaching your MCB1 to the VKR1 unit. Continue onto step 2.

  • Page 9 Step 3 Note: This is the last step if you will be free standing your Ab Bench. If you are going to install the Ab Bench onto the VKR unit, continue assembling until step 6. Attach the Back Pad (8) to the Bench Base Frame (1) using 4-M10 bolts (13), 4-M10 lock washers (18), and 4-M10 washers (17).

  • Page 12 Step 6 Note: This step is only for attaching the MCB1 to the VKR unit. Attach the VKR1 Swivel Bracket with plastic bushings (6) to the Pivot Bracket (5) using 1-M10 bolts (10), 2-M10 washers (17), and 1-M10 hex nut (21). Do not overtighten the nut and bolt or the bench will not be able to rotate.

    GENERAL MAINTENANCE INFORMATION Warning: DO NOT place styrofoam or printed materials on the orthopedic seat pads. Over time, these may stick to the pads and mar the surface. Do not leave items sitting on the orthopedic seat pads, these pads have a special density that takes shape to objects and small objects will leave imprints in the surface that may take time to come out.
