Remove tools from Extreme Portable Workstation to make aligning the pre-threaded holes easier.Using Drawer Removal instructions, remove the top drawer of the roller cabinet and remove the lower interior drawer of the Extreme Portable Workstation.
- Page 5 6.5 in OPTIONAL CASTER / FORKLIFT CHANNEL and CASTER INSTALLATION (sold separately) To install forklift/caster channels: 1. Remove all tools from the Extreme Portable Workstation®. 2. Using the instructions for drawer removal, take out bottom drawer (#5). 3. Place a large soft cloth or other non-scratching surface on the ground. Arrange the caster channels on the soft surface so that the U-shape (open side) is facing up.

OPERATING PROCEDURE Drawer Removal Pull drawer out so that it is almost fully extended. Push up on the black lever on one drawer slide and at the same time push down on the lever on the other side. With the levers in these positions, pull the drawer out until it releases from the drawer slides. - Page 7 SAFETY WARNING Do not attempt to lift the cabinet by its side handle using chains, ropes or lifting device. Side handle may fail resulting in personal injury or damage to the product! Use a forklift or similar lifting device with forks placed under the bottom of the tool box to move if tool box cannot be moved by two people.
