Troubleshooting Tips Coax Connection Failure 1. The first thing to check is whether the ReadyLinks device is powered on and is connected to the coax outlet. Check the RL LINK LED on the front of the device. Check the coax cable connecting to the ReadyLinks device to make sure it is properly connected on both ends.
