In MULTITRACK MODE each
row represents a Track.
Each Track can have
independent parameters.

Turn them to change their Primary Parameter (global Vel, Oct, etc.)
Turn them to enter Vel, Gate, etc. views depending on the sequencer mode.
Press SHIFT and turn for their Secondary Parameter (Tempo, Swing, etc.)
Press SHIFT + Encoder Button to Reset their Secondary Parameter.
