OAI Gator AutoSkim Easy Setup

1. Clean / Backflush the Pool Filter. (Picture 1 on BACK)
2. Firmly connect the Female-Female Connector 2 - 3 Hoses from the pool
cleaner , Wider part
3. Check the Flow direction
4. At the pool pump, close the Main Drain, decrease wall Skimmer suction, and
increase suction to the Suction port connected to Gator AutoSkim.
5. With one Hose connected, Check the Flow meter (included with Gator Skim)
a-b: Add white spacers (this is optimal operation)
c: Do not place White spacers.
d: Inadequate flow, check pump, filter, suction leak.
6. Adjust the Gator Bottom Valve to balance Gator vs suction cleaner suction
7. If suction comes from the Wall Skimmer, replace any regulator valve with
Gator supplied Connector (check instructions)
