    AS SE M BLY PR OCESS Place the desktop upside down on a pad, blanket, or cardboard box to protect it from scratches. The side with pilot holes should be on top. Place the inner and outer rails on the desktop and slide the inner rail into the outer rail.
  • Page 8 Align the frame holes with the Cantilever Screws Rail Screws pilot holes in the desk. (both sides) Partially screw in all the #10 x 3⁄4” frame screws before tightening fully. This will allow for minor adjustments to make sure all the frame holes remain aligned.
  • Page 9 Place the clamp locks in the orientation below with the arrow on the lock pointing at the arrow on the clamp. Then use your foot to push the lock into the clamp until you hear a click. These take considerable force to push in, so use your full body weight and wear shoes.

  • Page 11 Hide the excess cable lengths inside the rail. 14 . Plug the Anti-collision sensor into the A1 or A2 port of the control box. Flip the desk upright. It is recommended to use two people to avoid injury and damage to the desk. Then place the controller into the front right pocket.
  • Page 12 1 6 . Secure the controller in the pocket. Use the included torx key to screw the two controller screws into the bottom of the controller. Do not torque the screws over 40 Ncm. If you do not have a torque screwdriver, please tighten gently until you can feel a slight resistance.

IMPORTANT: The controller has a safety lock feature to prevent undesired movement from accidental contact. To unlock, touch the “S” button until the current height is shown on the display.
