Freestanding Heatshield Surround (Pt No: 8370) Assembly.
1. Unpack items and lay out ready for assembly.
2. IMPORTANT: DO NOT tighten any screws fully until the components
have all been assembled loosely together. This will ease the starting of
screws onto their threads with minimum of difficulty.
3. Lay down the hearth and offer up the LH side panel to the base. Insert
4 x M5 screws LOOSELY into the holes.
4. Offer up the RH side panel to overlay the LH side panel at the rear. Insert 6 x M5 screws LOOSELY into the
holes.
5. Fit the flue pipe steady bracket to the
rear of the surround side panels and
insert 2 x M5 screws LOOSELY into the
holes.

- Page 2 Iss 01 04/19 6. Offer up the rear heatshield panel and insert 6 x M5 screws LOOSELY into the fixing holes. 7. Now begin to tighten the screws that secure the LH & RH side panels to the hearth panel. Work your way around tightening up the whole assembly progressively.
