IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
For safety purposes, this fixture is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). If the plug does not fit securely into your outlet, do not force it - contact a professional
electrician. Use the plug with an extension cord only if it can be fully inserted into the cord's
socket. Never alter the plug in any way.
This fixture has been rated for up to four (4) 7-watt maximum Type C bulbs (7W incandescent
bulbs included).
To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
WARNINGS:
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires, as a bad
connection may result. Do not connect electricity until the fixture is fully assembled.
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture
and allow it to cool prior to replacing lightbulbs.
Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on or look directly at lit bulbs.
Keep flammable materials away from lit bulbs.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.
KEEP ALL PARTS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
The lighting fixture can be used as a plug-in or a fixed unit when used with the
appropriate conversion kit.
WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets and toddler beds. Keep out
of reach of children under 3 years of age.
PLUG-IN ASSEMBLY:
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic coverings.
2. Hold the sconce against a wall to determine a desired mounting location. Use a pencil to
mark the general location of the hole cutouts located on the mounting plate (c).
3. Drill holes into the wall for inserting the wall anchors (b). Insert one anchor into each hole
in the wall. The wall anchors (b) are meant for concrete wall mounting only. If the wall is
made of materials other than concrete, please consult your local hardware store for
assistance.
4. Attach the mounting plate (c) onto the wall. Use a screwdriver to secure a wall screw (a)
into each installed anchor. Rotate the screws until mounting plate (c) is secured.
5. Align the 3 holes of the back plate (A) with the corresponding holes on mounting plate (c).
Use the provided back plate screws (d) to secure the sconce and tighten.
6. Screw the first cord cover (D) into the hole underneath the back plate (A). Then screw
the second cord cover (D) into the first one.
7. Insert bulbs (C) into the sockets (B).
8. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test fixture by turning it on.
9. Installation is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the fixture.
