Control Panel Installation Remove the exterior and interior packaging. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe down the outside of the unit thoroughly. Use a clean cloth dampened with lukewarm water to wipe down the interior. Air must circulate freely in front of the Unit. Avoid placing it near any source of heat or moisture, or in direct sunlight.
Compartment Design The MCBC3UHC & MCBC3U-OHC Beverage Center has a capacity of 84 cans. The MCWC28HC & MCWC28-OHC Wine Cellar has a capacity of 28 standard wine bottles. The control panel displays the current temperature and allows you to turn the interior lights on and off, and allows you to turn the interior temperature.

Automatic Temperature Setting (Default) MCWC28HC,MCWC28-OHC 55°F MCBC3UHC,MCBC3U-OHC 41°F Temperature Setting Wine Storage Temperatures: While wines store best at temperatures around 56-58 degrees Fahrenheit, your unit also allows you to store wine at drinking temperatures. Generally RED WINE should be kept at 60-62 degrees Fahrenheit and WHITE WINE, which is usually served chilled, should be kept at 54-55 degrees Fahrenheit.

The wire racks in your unit are chrome-plated so they will not rust. The MCWC28HC & MCWC28-OHC Wine Cellar is equipped with 5 rippled wire racks. These racks are designed to hold 5 wine bottles each and can only be pulled out 1/3 of the way.
The MCBC3UHC & MCBC3U-OHC Beverage Center is equipped with 3 adjustable flat wire shelves and a wire basket to hold cans and bottles of beverages such as beer, water and soft drinks. All the racks are removable and reversible. To remove a rack, take out the bottles or cans on the rack and pull it out until it stops.
Troubleshooting WARNING:To avoid a hazard due to instability of the appliance , it must be fixed in accordance with the instructions. Unit does not turn on Not plugged in. Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped. Noise or vibration Check that unit is level. If not, adjust leveling legs. Unit is too warm Check that door is properly closed and sealed.
