ご使用にあたり、この取扱説明書と防爆に関する取扱説明書№B-755-1、及びEB3Ｌ形ラン
プバリアの取扱説明書№B-1341をお読みの上、正しくご使用いただきますようにお願い申し
上げます。取扱説明書は、本製品をお使いになる担当者のお手元に確実に届くようにお取り
はからいください。

【使用上のご注意】
●極性
・極性が有りますので"＋", "－"を間違えないように接続して下さい。
なお、IPL1 形小形表示灯は、逆接続すると損傷の恐れがあります。
・EB3Ｌ形ランプバリア以外に接続すると焼損する恐れがあります。
●配線
・EB3L 形ランプバリアの配線は、ノイズ源となる動力線とは分離配線を原則としてください。ま
た、EB3L が誘導負荷によるノイズの影響を受けることにより、EB3P-L 形表示灯・IPL1 形小
形表示灯がちらつく場合は、EB3L の定格電流以上の電源用ラインフィルタを EB3L の電源
ラインに挿入することをお勧めします。
●検定合格標章
・表示灯に付属されている検定合格標章は、 防爆性能に応じた合格番号のものを選択し
て､見やすい位置に貼り付けてください。IPL1形小形表示灯の場合は、弊社の
IBPL6000S/600DS形ﾊﾞﾘｱにも接続できますので､ﾊﾞﾘｱと防爆性能に適合した検定合格標
章を選択して下さい。

※表示灯に付属の検定合格標章は､日本国内の工場での使用を目的とする技術的基準に
よる防爆検定合格品の用途に用いてください。この用途以外での使用を意図する場合(欧
州､北米､船用など)には､規格への適合を求められますので､防爆に関する取扱説明書
№B-755-1に記載された事項に適合する必要があります。
※内蔵LED球（EB9Z－LDS1）は本安タイプ用の識別として、フランジ部に明青色の樹脂を使
用しています。
※NK規格に適合するためには、EB3L-S*とEB3P-L*あるいは、IPL-*の組み合わせでご使
用ください。
取扱を誤った場合、人が死亡または重傷を負う可能性があります｡

設置、配管、運転・操作、保守、点検の作業は防爆構造、電気設
備の施行、関連法規など原理および機能の知識、並びに技能を持った人が実施してくだ
さい。爆発、引火、けがのおそれがあります。

Type EB3P-L, IPL1 Pilot Light
To make sure of correct installation, wiring, operation, maintenance, and
inspection of the EB3P-L, IPL1 pilot lights, read this instruction sheet,
manual No. B-755-1 for intrinsically safe system for use in Japan, and
manual No. B-1341 for the EB3L lamp barriers.
Make sure that this manual is kept at the last user of the EB3P-L, IPL1
pilot lights.

Instructions
●Polarity
･When wiring, make sure of correct polarities.
When wired incorrectly, the IPL1 pilot light may be damaged.
･When connected with non-appointed barriers, the IPL1 pilot light may be
damaged.
●Wiring
･When wiring the EB3L lamp barriers, separate from wiring the power supply
line.
･When the EB3P-L, IPL1 pilot light flashes due to the noise caused by the
inductive load affecting on the EB3L lamp barrier, connect a linear filter with
a rated current higher than the EB3L rated current to the power line of the
EB3L lamp barrier.
※ EB9Z-LDS1 has a light blue flange for identification.
●
Certificate (ATEX, FM, CSA) is not necessary for the EB3P-L, IPL1
pilot lights, because these devices are simple apparatuses by relevant
Standards.
! caution
Improper operation may cause severe personal injury or death.
Special expertise is required to install, wire, operate, maintain, and inspect the
EB3P-L, IPL1 pilot lights. People without such expertise and knowledge in the
installation of electrical equipment used in potentially explosive atmospheres and
electric systems, relevant regulations, principle, function, and skill must not use the
EB3P-L, IPL1 pilot lights.
