normally 120V AC. To avoid fire hazard, use only a fuse of
the correct type, voltage rating and current rating as
specified in this manual.
This product is isolated and self grounding. To avoid
electrical shock, plug the power cord into a properly wired
receptacle before making any connections to the output -
connectors. Use only the power cord supplied with this
product.

Before connecting the power cord be sure that all lamp
control switches are in the off position (fully counter-
clockwise). Switch the main power switch to the on
position, and only then switch the individual outputs to
the desired intensity.
Switch all lights first to the lowest position, then medium
and only then switch lights which you want to operate at
maximum intensity to the boost position.
The output of the DT12-4 power supply is AC. This output
is not suited to power equipment requiring 12V DC.
Please insure that the vents on the power supply are not
obstructed and that it is used at normal room
temperatures (especially if it is to be used continuously).
Before switching the voltage selector and/or 'A' and 'B'
voltage trimmer switches, disconnect the power supply
from the AC source.
