Generator instructions WARNING  steam generator is operating, steam outlet pipeline and steam nozzle are hot, do not touch with hands.  Steam injected from steam nozzle is hot, be careful to avoid scald.  Do not bring electronic device into steam room. After steam bath, please ventilate the steam room to keep it dry.

    1.5. Professional maintenance of generator and cautions WARNING The following maintenance must be performed by professionnel.  Once steam nozzle or pipeline is blocked, steam will be reliefed from pressure-relief safety  valve, NEVER block the pressure relief safety valve . DISCONNECT FROM POWER SUPPLY before performing any maintenance or service.

    3) Replacement of sub-board: Turn off steam generator and disconnect from power supply, remove the U-shape cover on the back of steam generator (refer to figure 2), mark the original position for wire on relays (refer to wiring diagram as follows), then disconnect from the main board and remove the sub-board.

    If the steam generator could not work properly and none of the error code is displayed, please perform the following steps to diagnose the system. 1) Remove the U-shape cover on the back of steam generator, plug out the control cable for the digital controller from main board.

    Power of generator should be determined by the volume of steam room, please check table 2 or contact sales dealer to make sure you have chosen the correct steam generator. Power supply provided by user must be installed with GFCI. Power supply, power cord, and fuse or circuit breaker must be in compliance with requirements marked on steam generator nameplate and table 2.

Confirm that the power supply is appropriate (220-240V~ 50/60Hz or 380-415V 3N~ 50/60Hz), please make reference to nameplate on the steam generator or table 2 of this manual. Choose appropriate power cord, fuse or circuit breaker that is in accordance with local requirements and recommend data in table 2 of this manual.

    2.4. Installation of water supply/drainage pipeline WARNING  All plumbing must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with all applicable local and national codes.  It is not allowed to use saddle-shape valve or needle valve on water inlet pipeline. Please clean the pipe before installation.

    11. Avoid bending pipeline that is firstly downward then upward or leaking pipes. Proper heat preservation treatment must be applied on the steam pipeline, and the pipeline should be less than 10 m It is recommended to arrange generator as close as practical to steam room, so that steam pipeline length can be shortened.

    5 m control cable while connect the temperature sensor to the black connector(2P) on the panel. Remove the front cover of the KS-320, fix the panel on the wall with screws and then put the cover back on, and the controller KS-320A can be glued to wall by the attached double sided adhesive or apply silicon glue at the back of panel if needed, please refer to figure 15 below.

    Figure 16 Instalaltion of temperature sensor 2.10. Reset the overheat protection device Manual reset thermostat TS1 and sub-board is installed in the steam generator for over-heat protection. If temperature of inner tank exceeds 120 C accidentally, TS1 and sub-board will automatically disconnect power supply to heating elements.
