General notes
• Use the product only for preparing jellies, jams, sauces, soups and baby foods. Any
other use and modifications of the product are considered improper use and could cause
injuries or product damage.
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage resulting from such improper use.

Directions for use
Before first use and after a longer period of disuse, rinse thoroughly with hot water and
washing-up liquid.
ATTENTION
The food grinder is not suitable for uncooked food. Cook fruit and vegetables before
placing them in the food grinder.

Assembly
• Place the selected grinding disc in the bowl with the con-
vex side towards the top of the bowl.
• Place the end of the grinder crank into the hole on the
grinding disc.
• Push the grinder crank crossbar underneath the attach-
ment brackets of the bowl.
• Turn the grinder crank in clockwise direction.
• The food grinder is only suitable for pureeing fruits and
vegetables.
Applications
The finer the holes in the discs, the more liquid is the juice
or sauce;
• fine disc: juices and sauces, jellies, baby food
• medium disc: soups, baby food
• coarse disc: apple puree, jam, mashed potatoes
Cleaning and care
• Clean the parts immediately after each use to avoid stains.
• All the parts are dishwasher safe. Place the parts in the top rack.
Instructions
1. Wash thoroughly before the first use.
2. Insert the grinding disc you wish to use with the rougher side up (the textured surface
will help to mash the food). Align the notches in the disc with the grooves on the bowl.
3. Insert the end of the centre pin into the hole in the middle of the disc.
4. Press the crossbar down slightly and position the hooks under the slot openings in the
bowl. Release the crossbar to lock into place. You can also do it one hook at a time.
5. Place the food grinder on top of a bowl.
6. Turn the handle in a clockwise direction 3–4 times to push food through the grinder.
Then reverse the direction (this will reposition the food and prevent sticking). Continue in
this way.
7. To change discs or disassemble the food grinder push the crossbar down on one side
and turn it slightly to the side. Detach the other side of the crossbar by pushing it down,
and then remove the disc.
PLEASE NOTE: the best results are obtained by cooking food prior to processing in the food
grinder.

Käyttöohjeet
Huuhtele perusteellisesti kuumalla vedellä ja astianpesuaineella ennen ensimmäistä
käyttöä ja pidemmän käyttötauon jälkeen.
HUOMIO
Sosemylly ei sovellu kypsentämättömälle ruoalle. Kypsennä hedelmät ja vihannekset
ennen niiden laittamista sosemyllyyn.

Kokoaminen
• Aseta valittu soseutuslevy kulhoon kupera puoli kulhon
yläosaa kohti.
• Aseta soseutuskammen pää soseutuslevyn reikään.
• Työnnä kammen poikkitanko kulhon kiinnityskorvakkeiden
alle.
• Käännä kampea myötäpäivään.
• Sosemylly soveltuu ainoastaan hedelmien ja vihannesten
soseuttamiseen.
Käyttökohteet
Mitä pienempiä levyjen reiät ovat, sitä nestemäisempää
mehu tai kastike on:
• hienososeutuksen levy: mehut ja kastikkeet, hyytelöt,
vauvanruoka
• keskikarkean soseutuksen levy: keitot, vauvanruoka
• karkean soseutuksen levy: omenasose, hillo, perunamuusi
Puhtaanapito ja huolto
• Puhdista osat välittömästi jokaisen käyttökerran jälkeen tahrojen välttämiseksi.
• Kaikki osat ovat konepesunkestäviä. Aseta osat yläkoriin.
Ohjeet
1. Pese huolellisesti ennen ensimmäistä käyttöä.
2. Aseta haluamasi soseutuslevy karkeampi puoli ylöspäin (teksturoitu pinta auttaa soseut-
tamaan ruoan). Kohdista levyn ulkonemat kulhon uriin.
3. Aseta kammen pää levyn keskellä olevaan reikään.
4. Paina poikkitankoa kevyesti alaspäin ja aseta väkäset kulhon aukkojen alle. Vapauta
poikkitanko, jotta se lukittuu paikalleen. Voit kiinnittää myös yhden väkäsen kerrallaan.
5. Aseta sosemylly kulhon päälle.
6. Käännä kahvaa myötäpäivään 3–4 kertaa, jotta ruoka painuu sosemyllyn läpi. Käännä
sitten suunta päinvastaiseksi (tämä siirtää ruokaa ja estää tarttumisen). Jatka näin.
7. Kun haluat vaihtaa soseutuslevyä tai purkaa sosemyllyn, paina poikittaistanko alas
toiselta puolelta ja käännä sitä hieman sivulle. Irrota poikkitangon toinen pää painamalla
