Operation Instructions Test Preparation: 1. Adjust the speed regulator switch to the lowest setting; 2. Turn on the power switch and adjust the speed regulator to the appropriate speed; 3. According to the set items, the whole machine is in the test state; 4. Select cotton cloth or rubber head or other test media to fix in the test fixture; 5. Run the machine idling to see if there is any abnormality. After confirming that the machine is normal, conduct product testing. Operation Specifications: 1. Connect the appropriate power supply 220V according to the mark. 2. Adjust the speed regulator switch to the lowest setting to avoid excessive speed and cause abnormality of the machine. 3. Turn on the power and test the machine first. If there is any abnormality, turn off the power. 4. Press the reset button to reset the counter. 5. Press and hold the > button for eight seconds to select the counter function. After pressing and holding the > button for eight seconds, the counter displays XX‐1. Press the ∧ button to set the counter function. 29‐1 is a four‐digit counter and 32‐1 is an eight‐digit counter. Set the required number of tests according to the test requirements. ...

Select the required measuring rod, fix the test fixture, and add the corresponding test weight to meet the load requirements of the test. 8. Press the start button and the whole machine will enter the test state. 9. Adjust the speed knob on the speed regulator to make the machine reach the required test speed requirements. 10. After the whole machine tests the number of times set by the counter, it stops and is in standby state. 11. If you need to temporarily stop the machine during the test, just press the stop button.
