- Page 2 Installation Start by removing the aerator from your faucet. (See Figure A.) Usually you can take it off with your fingers. If needed, use pliers. It’s a normal “right hand” thread. Remove by turning counter-clockwise. Save the aerator. If you move your filter later, you’ll need it. 2) Next, simply screw the diverter valve on in place of the aerator.

- Page 4 Counter Top Drinking Water System Filter Cartridge Changing: 1) Open the canister(s) and discard the old filter(s). 2) Clean the inside of the filter housing with a mild soap and water solution. A mild bleach solution may also be used for disinfection. Rinse well. 3) Remove o-ring(s) and apply a very small amount of FDA approved silicone o-ring lubricant.
