- When lifting the fully packaged machine in its wooden crate or cage pay attention that the gross weight of the machine and cage is equal to 665 kg (Dymond 40), 750 kg (Dymond 80), 800 kg (Dymond 120), 950 kg (Dymond 160). -

3. Operations and use The Dymond 40-80-120-160 machines require two connections for proper operation: the electrical connection to the inspection unit the compressed air connection The electrical connection of the unit is through the connection points on the right side of the machine. -
Page 4: System Start
In both AUTOMATIC and MANUAL state, to activate the system press “Start” button for 5 sec. The belt will run automatically with the RX-System. To run and stopover the belt separately, go to the upper left corner (Minebea Intec - Help Center) of the control panel and press MOTOR. -
Page 5: Machine Use
The primary operation of the Dymond 40-80-120-160 is based on the use of X-rays, therefore, all the areas adjacent to the inspection units could be subject to the danger of ionizing radiation.
