When using the pomera, be sure to read this manual carefully for correct use. Also be sure to store this manual where it can be accessed quickly to solve anything you are unsure of.

    Editing Text Entering Text The edit window is displayed when the power is turned on. Enter and edit in the edit window the same way as with any general text editor. Keyboard operation on your pomera is basically the same as keyboard operation on a PC.
  • Page 34 Note • To unselect text, press any of the keys without pressing the shift key. • The maximum number of characters per 1 file is approximately 600 thousand characters (1 character equaling 1 byte). • Any environment-characters in a text file may be garbled when displayed on your pomera.

    Searching for Text You can search for and display a designated string of text within the document being edited. In the menu, select [Find/Insert] – [Find], and press the enter Enter the string of text Note • Search for strings a maximum number of 36 characters long.

    Use as a Bluetooth keyboard ® ® Bluetooth allows you to use your pomera as a keyboard for a smartphone or tablet. Note ® • While using Bluetooth , other functions are disabled. • It is not possible to copy or move files between your pomera and your PC.
