- Page 2 1 Preparation on safety • Before using this product or after installing a new cartridge, discharge th e water for 2-3 minutes. • Water passed through the unit is dechlorinated and should not be stored for long. • Don't allow water not compatible with Water Supply Law to pass through the unit. Th is may constitute a limiting factor of th e original function of this product.
